Training classes are provided by canine behaviorist Judy Moore of Canine Behavior Counseling. Most classes are held here at Tender Touch, here is a brief description of the classes provided.
Puppy Socialization
Contact me to register for one of our upcoming puppy socialization classes. These are fun events to get your dog interacting positively with other dogs and people! They also build confidence early in a dogs development. This is important to avoid problems such as fearfulness or anxiety as a dog matures. See the Puppy Socialization course description for further details.
The individual fee for each 5-week session is $85, and class size is limited to a maximum of eight dogs ages two-months to six-months. Evidence of updated shots and vaccinations is required. These sessions are hosted by Tender Touch Veterinary Hospital in Scarborough, Maine.
Obedience Training Classes (Canine Manners I & II)

Contact me to register for one of our upcoming group obedience training sessions. Classes typically meet once a week for a duration of six weeks. This is a great way to help socialize your dog and learn basic commands and discipline in a fun and engaging environment with other dogs and their owners. See the Manners I and Manners II course descriptions for further details.
The individual fee for each 6-week session is $95, and class size is limited to a maximum of eight dogs. Evidence of updated shots and vaccinations is required. Classes are hosted by Tender Touch Veterinary Hospital in Scarborough, Maine.
